Affectionately known as ‘Saint Tiff’ by her students, Tiffany embodies a profound blend of life’s wisdom and yogic philosophy, which she imparts with a genuine and approachable spirit. Anusara Yoga is an inspiring and heart oriented yoga, at the same time as being grounded on Universal Principles of Alignment for the outer and inner body. It is an exceptional, therapeutic way of Hatha Yoga wherein the artistic expression of the heart mysteriously blends with biomechanics’ scientific principles. Anusara Yoga was established by John Friend in 1997.

In 2012, myself and 7 other Anusara teachers helped to form the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. While I was not one of the founding Five investors, I came in and helped develop the schools vision and mission and then chaired the Community Resiliency Committee for several years. There, I helped establish a Compassionate Communications protocol that offered the global network of teachers skills and training in how to address the challenges that arise in interpersonal communication within the dynamics of yoga as a business and way of life.
