Overview

Honoring the ancient philosophy and traditions of yoga is important to me. Continuing the evolution of the practice in today’s world is equally vital. My goal is to empower you on your life’s journey by offering teachings that are based in the heart-opening tradition of Anusara® yoga. I teach classes, workshops, and trainings for all levels of students that combine the exploration of the physical practice with healing and personal growth from the inside out.

Classes

My public and private yoga classes are designed to align you with your inner power to transform body and mind. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, these classes meet you where you're at and unlock new potential. 

Therapy Training

This training is packed with tools to give people with chronic pain or conditions, yoga teachers, healers, yoga students, body workers, and physical therapists, the power to heal through yoga. Learn how to help yourself or your students heal injuries, find relief from chronic pain, and deepen emotional well-being.

Workshops

Each workshop, event, or special class is unique and offers a taste of all the different flavors of yoga. If you really want to deepen your practice, try a workshop or special class. They combine the physical practice with live music or specialized study such as pranayama (breath work) and meditation, mantra, philosophy and chakra balancing.

Anusara® Teacher Training

My Anusara® yoga teacher trainings combine advanced biomechanical alignment and the tradition of yoga to teach you how to guide your students with power and skill. You’ll learn much more than how to direct students into a masterfully aligned downward dog. Whether you’re new or experienced, this training shows you how to teach others from your heart and inspire with depth and confidence. 

100 Hour Immersion

In this course, you'll explore the roots of yoga philosophy and work on advanced biomechanical alignment principles with like-minded yogis. You’ll learn the secrets behind poses that seem impossible and get the chance to ask all the questions you don’t get to ask in class. 100 hours of deepening your yoga practice is one of the greatest gifts you’ll ever give yourself.
