Practice standing poses, twisting poses and deep hip openers with optimal alignment to support a healthy spine and open mind. Bring an even flow to the journey ahead by instilling a yoga practice that supports your steadiness.

This March, unpack the teachings of Ganesha, the lord of New Beginnings. Create the root support needed to create a safe and playful environment to grow your practice. Trust that the attainment of your desires is never linear.

Tiffany holds the highest certification attainable within the global Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. Teaching yoga for over 27 years, she is recognized as a leader and master teacher. This is an incredible opportunity to experience the depth, precision, and sincerity of Tiffany’s teaching in person.
