
Adrianne discovered yoga as a way to be more in touch with her own being, so when teaching meditation and yoga her goal is to help others find a deeper connection between body and mind. She developed this awareness through completing a Bachelor's in exercise science and working with adults in recovery over substance abuse finding balance in mental health.
